    About Me

I have 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy and am currently in private practice in Cockeysville, MD.

I graduated from Loyola University with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology in 2005 and became licensed by the board of professional counselors.   Prior to graduating, I completed an externship at the Center for Eating Disorders (CED) at Sheppard Pratt Health System. I continued to work at the CED following graduation where I conducted individual and group therapy, utilizing techniques such as Interpersonal Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

For the next several years I worked in a group private practice continuing to support adolescents and adults with eating disorders as well as various mental health concerns such as  anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, trauma, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Since establishing my own practice in 2014, I have focused on creating a safe and supportive environment for client's personal growth and healing. I offer both in-person therapy sessions in Cockeysville, MD, and virtual therapy sessions in Maryland and Florida.  Together, I can help you work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
